Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Zuza Pilates services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Zuza Pilates provides pilates instruction services including private sessions, duet training, and small group classes. Services are available in San Francisco, California (USA) and Poland.

Booking & Payment

  • Sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system (Calendly)
  • Payment is due at the time of booking or as agreed upon
  • Package purchases are non-transferable unless otherwise specified

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 24 hours before session:
    Full refund or free rescheduling
  • Less than 24 hours before session:
    50% refund or rescheduling with 50% fee applied to next session
  • No-show:
    No refund

Health & Safety

  • You are responsible for informing us of any health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations
  • Pilates instruction is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment
  • You participate in sessions at your own risk
  • We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program

Liability Waiver

By participating in Zuza Pilates sessions, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks. You agree to release, waive, and discharge Zuza Pilates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation in pilates sessions, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Zuza Pilates and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Governing Law

For services provided in the United States, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. For services provided in Poland, these terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU regulations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
