Cancellation Policy
24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule. 12-24 hours: 50% fee. Less than 12 hours or no-show: Full session fee.
Package Validity
4-session packages: 6 weeks. 8-session packages: 10 weeks. 12-session packages: 14 weeks.
What to Wear
Comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows freedom of movement. Grip socks are recommended.
Location
Sessions take place at my studio in San Francisco. In-home visits available for an additional fee.

Frequently Asked
I've never done pilates before. Is that okay?
Absolutely! Many of my clients are complete beginners. I'll guide you through everything and modify exercises to match your current level.
How often should I do pilates?
For best results, I recommend 2-3 sessions per week. However, even once a week can make a significant difference when combined with homework exercises.
Will pilates help with my back pain?
Pilates is excellent for back pain when done correctly. Many clients see significant improvement within 4-6 weeks. If you have a specific injury, please consult your doctor first.
What's the difference between private and group?
Private sessions are 100% customized to your body and goals. I can focus entirely on your form, make real-time adjustments, and progress at your optimal pace.
Do you offer online sessions?
Currently, I focus on in-person sessions as hands-on guidance is crucial for proper form. I do offer online follow-up sessions for established clients who travel.
